NLSDays 2024 Innovation Posters Session

NLSDays Innovation Posters is the display surface for high-potential innovations, regardless of business maturity. We invite Nordic academics and company representatives alike to showcase their innovation projects.  

During Nordic Life Science Days on 18-19 September 2024, the top selection of innovation projects will be displayed as posters and evaluated by an audience of international investors and industry representatives. The most appreciated poster will be awarded a prize at the NLSDays closing ceremony. All posters will receive feedback from the audience to encourage growth and learning. 

To apply for the innovation poster session, fill in the application form below before 31 May 2024. The selected projects will be invited to present a poster at the event, paying only the delegation fee (fee rate related to your affiliation, see below).

Inclusion Criteria for applying:

  • Innovation* project within health, medicine, or life sciences (*innovation = research and/or development with a clear purpose to solve a problem).  
  • The poster applicant must be affiliated to a Nordic University or a company with research activities in the Nordics.

Selection Criteria for approval:

  • Innovation height 
  • Business potential 
  • Clarity of scope and purpose 

The evaluation of applications is done by science professionals at the SwedenBIO office. We aim to select a broad diversity of technical and medical innovations.

 

Practicalities for approved applicants:

  • You will be notified about acceptance or rejection before 31 July 2024.  
  • If accepted, you will receive a discount on your registration fee, as a refund if you already have signed up. 
  • Poster presenters from academia will be able to sign up for one delegation pass free of charge.  
  • Poster presenters affiliated to an SME will receive a 25% discount on one delegation pass.  
  • No additional charge for poster presentation.  
  • Each presenter needs to bring their poster in portrait or square format, maximum 100 cm wide.
